What Users are Saying about Worship LIVE! (previously "Parse") and the Tray Transpose Tool

Herman (Retired)
Mount Greenwood Church Of The Nazarene, Chicago
I attend a small congregational Church, which limits our musical talent. After losing our piano-organ player, in order to conduct our worship service; I tape our worship music from my MIDI files. Parse is without a doubt the best innovative program to keep tract of not only our hymns but also its lyrics.  When a guest player visits our church, the key, tempo and printable hymn features are very crucial.  I would recommend Parse to every church for cataloguing those special songs that are not in their hymnal.  Parse is a blessing to our church.

I've been leading contemporary worship for nearly 20 years now and have used many methods to keep track of the music that I use.  Parse is by far the most comprehensive tool that I've used to date.  The ability to transpose songs on the fly, track worship playlists and generate worship overheads has been a great asset and blessing to me.  Also, many of the features that I have not yet used such as the "perform playlist" feature will greatly enhance future events.  The program is very easy to use and the help features, though I've seldom needed them, are well written.  Thanks for a great product.  I look forward to your future enhancements.

I use Parse to quickly and accurately transpose music for use in praise and worship. The included public domain hymns and songs are a great start to helping one build a library of music that can easily be altered to suit your musicians' abilities, or projected audience's (or singers') range. I recommend it for its ease of use, logical categorical filing system and ability to automatically print music so it fits on one page.

I've been a Parse user now for about 4 months. It's THE program for creating and maintaining lead sheets. The ability to copy/paste makes it easy to move a file from a Windows source right over. Having been a MUSIC program user this is just what I was looking for in the Windows environment. Thanks for a great product!

Until we purchased Parse, we had music in every format available. Most of these were not even in a computer to allow editing. Some songsheets had the words typed and chords written in by hand and, in the case of guitarists using capos, scratched out and written again. Now we are in the process of adding all of our songs to Parse and it has really helped to be able to search for songs, transpose, and even print transparency masters. I would recommend this program to any church who needs a low-cost way to manage their worship songs. It was a great buy for us.

Our worship team has been very pleased with Parse for Windows. I use it weekly in my planning of worship sets, and the guitar/bass players (sometimes up to 4 people) love the transpose feature during live performance. That feature remains the best feature of the software since the DOS version (which we used extensively as well). We presently switched to printing hard copies of our music from Parse, but that is due to platform logistics. We couldn't ask for better tech support. They usually responded to my emails very quickly. If you want a flexible tool for planning worship and/or real-time use, I can easily recommend Parse for text/chord-oriented musicians.

Playing guitar and singing in our church's Praise Band, I find both Tray Transpose Tool and Parse infinitely useful especially since I don't get to practice that much. I am "on the road" quite a bit. Both Parse and TTT allow me to spend more time practicing (with the little time I have) than transposing keys... In sum, it's a great piece of software.

The Tray Transpose Tool is proving to be a very useful tool indeed. I purchased the program after searching high and low for a program that I could use to transpose horn parts for my church band. What had been taking "forever" can now be accomplished with the click of the mouse. Thanks for making my duties as Minister of Music much easier with your product.
